Thursday 9 July 2009 was the day that we raised the flags for the opening of the new greenhouse and the molecular laboratory. Both are now entirely used for the development of new varieties. Growers, colleagues and invitees were given a guided tour through the new buildings.
The official opening was conducted by Mayor Huisman of Reimerswaal.
This evening we also said farewell to our colleague Piet Bom, who, as of now, is going to enjoy his free time even more.
