Lady Christl the best taste!!
An independent test panel, including a Master Chef and representatives from the trade/distribution, has proclaimed Lady Christl the table potato with the best taste.
As a result of an article in the press, on the quality of Dutch potatoes, the potato sector came up with an initiative. Since people seem to think that only the look of the potato is important, a different viewpoint was taken for this test. Taste was chosen as the most important criterion for quality.
8 different varieties of old and new crops were tested by these potato connoisseurs. Taste, peelability, looks, cooking, and frying experience were the features tested.
The specialists in this test panel ranked Lady Christl (new crop, imported from Morocco) first for taste. Lady Christl tubers from the old crop came in second because they had still kept their great taste.
Not only does Lady Christl look good, this independent test is a confirmation of the quality and taste of the Lady Christl.
