Variety Days 2010
We can look back on two very successful days during the variety show in Emmeloord. For Meijer, but also for the visitors, it was a fine opportunity to meet each other and exchange information after the past year – and to look forward to and discuss the plans for the coming season.
The event was also a good occasion to make new contacts, at home and abroad.
During the variety show we demonstrated how years of expert selection procedures can lead to new varieties; stable yields, easy to grow and with high processing efficiency. That is also our slogan; C. Meijer, varieties to be sure of!
  
  
During the show there was plenty of attention for the up and coming stars, the new varieties Lady Anna for chips, the early Lady Lenora for potato crisps and Jazzy as a salad potato. This was the year of truth for many varieties. A year in which varieties can stand out from the rest. According to many, a year that will linger long in the memory.
